Georgia's High Demand Career Initiative
In order to meet the increased demands of industry the High Demand Career Initiative (HDCI) allows state partners involved in training Georgia’s future workforce – primarily the University System of Georgia (USG) and the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) – to hear directly from the private sector about what specific needs they have from a workforce perspective.

The career academy is a joint project of the Rockdale County School System and the Rockdale Conyers business community.
The dual enrollment opportunities at Rockdale Career Academy are possible through partnerships with Georgia Piedmont Technical College and Georgia State University.
