<span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_NewsContentArticle">Kiser Harriss Chemical Distribution Centers, Inc signed two five-year leases for the Ashley Capital Conyers Distribution Center located in Conyers, Georgia. The combined leases total over 600,000 square feet of space at 1601 Rockdale Industrial Blvd and 1350 Lester Road. <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_NewsContentArticle">Kiser Harriss will use the <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_NewsContentArticle"> facilities to <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_NewsContentArticle"> handle all of the distribution requirements for Biolab Inc, the world’s largest manufacturer of water treatment products.

<span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_NewsContentArticle">Kiser Harriss contacted Conyers Rockdale Ecomonic Development Council (CREDC) from their North Carolina headquarters to determine what county departments they needed to work with and what paperwork was required for them to do business in Rockdale County. CREDC <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_NewsContentArticle">provided <span id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_NewsContentArticle">Patrick Kiser, VP of Operations for Kiser Harriss with the contacts, forms, and information necessary to make the process go smoothly.

When Kiser Harriss came to finalize their arrangements they had all of the necessary documents ready for the appropriate county offices to process, they had already spoken with the county coordinator to schedule inspections, and all of the necessary forms and permits were ready to be filed.
