PREP is designed to:
1.  Expand the available workforce to address the labor shortage in the healthcare industry in Rockdale County and surrounding communities.
2.  Provide workforce readiness programs.
3.  Strengthen job training and re-training programs AND access to these programs.
4.  Engage students in healthcare career education pathways that prepare them for post-secondary education in the industry.
5.  Provide resources and strategies to overcome obstacles to training and employment such as child care, transportation, education, language, and basic skills.

PREP brings together business, industry, community, and education to create training and job opportunities that lead to fnancial success for Rockdale’s families.
